I am trying to get the latest version of the X.400 implementors guide.

The latest version OMNICOM has available is version 5.  OMNICOM claims
they have been trying to get version 8 from the ITU for months and have
been unable to get a copy.  Is there anyone out there with the latest
version, and if so, how did you go about getting it.
