Hi.  A full ISO stack implementation was done a few years ago at the
University of Wisconsin, sponsored by IBM.  This implementation
included CLNP.  IBM released the lower-layer code for inclusion in
BSD.  I think that the Berkeley BSD people modified the code further.
CLNP is supposed to be included in BSD 4.4.  Until 4.4 is out, you can
contact berkeley and ask for the BSD 4.3 zeno release, which contained
the Argo transport.  Sorry, I don't know the contact person or email
address, though it should not be hard to find.  (anyone, anyone? )
