At the beginning of 1985 International Computers Ltd. (UK) installed,
and successfully benchmarked a TP4 to TP3 (CL-CO) transport relay for
the DHSS here in the UK. This product has since been extended to cover
    TP4 to TP3,2,0, and TP4 to raw X.25 PLP.

It is commercially available as OSG/MCU1. It is mainly used to provide
high speed X.25 connection to multiple mainframes accross the LAN.
