Dear Netters:

I am looking for an Internet document that describes how to map OSI
Transport Class 4 and CLNP to SNMP so that the lower layers of the
OSI stack can be managed by an SNMP based network management system.
Does someone know the RFC number of this document?  Or, is there some
other source for this information?
