Subject says it all. Is anyone working on a kerberized version of NNTP? I need some sort of authentication scheme built into NNTP to do user-level authorization for newsgroup access. NNTP currently only does host-level authentication and authorization. There are some hooks for user-level stuff, but I think it required passwords to be kept in clear text on each NNTP client. Anyone doing any work along this line? Tim Thompson tim.g.thompson@att.com
