	My company is looking for consultants on two short- to medium-
term projects.  One is the modification of a simple PC communications 
program to work with Mac communications hardware.  The other is consult-
ation on the development of a card to control a VCR from a PC.  Applicants
should live somewhere in the (much) Greater New York Metropolitan area.
Applicants for the first project should have extensive systems programming
experience, have written a communications program for the Mac or PC, and be 
experienced in programming for interrupt-based control systems.  Applicants
for the second project should have a background in video and computer
hardware, have experience in board design, and a good working knowledge
of the available industry standards.
