g'day,

	I am looking for details about ACSNET.

	As far as I understand, this is a network system / protocol suite
	developed at an Australian University.

	If anyone out there has some details that they can send me or 
	can furnish me with pointers to papers / publications dealing
	with it I would be very grateful.
