DDCMP on Sun Workstations

I am looking for a way to get data transported using the DDCMP protocol
(a Dec protocol, I believe) into a Sun workstation. Do any software
packages exist to do this directly. I've head of DDCMP to asynchronous
RS-232 "black boxes" that do this conversion in hardware, but have no
idea where to find them.

Any leads to hardware or software solutions would be appreciated.
Please e-mail. If I get enough responses or interest from others,
I'll summarize. Thanks in advance.
