I'm looking for information on any existing or proposed FLOW CONTROL techniques (algorithms, protocols) for use with network traffic that is BROADCAST ROUTED in a packet switched network. Please don't misunderstand, I'm NOT asking for information wrt networks such as a packet radio network where the radios have broadcast antennas and the packets are sent to a single destination. Rather, my particular application is a proposed new network in which the nodes are interconnected via landlines but most of the messages are destined for all nodes in the network. Any references to articles, existing networks, etc. that deal with this issue would be appreciated. Thanx, -- ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Alan L.
