Can anyone help me with info on IBM 2848 protocol
(or olivetti GOL 11?, is this the same?)

I believe this is a polled async protocol used for bank applications. Are these
protocol specs in the public domain?


PLUS how is this protocol encapsulated over other networks such as X.25?
