I am considering setting up a small PC based ethernet network. Can somebody recommend me the type of LAN software to use? Right now I am thinking of runing ms-windows or DOS based software. I have heard of Lantastic, Novell lite and Vines. What are their differences and are they compatible with each other? If there are articles written about these packages, I am interested to read up. Thanks Albert Mak (mak@eemips.tamu.edu)
