System: SunOS 4.1.2, PPP: 2.2-beta.
Now that I've gotten it working, I want to be able to run RWHO and
ROUTED etc, without it triggering the dial-out. I tried disabling
those protocols in the access file, but what happens is that the
attempt is flagged as an error, and genuine protocols get bounced as
well, because of the timer intervals. We don't have RWHOD source
(this is SunOS), and I'm struggling with GATED (which the "README"
recommends to use, in preference to ROUTED).
Could another protocol be added, e.g. "ignore udp rip" or similar,
so these packets are silently discarded? Of course, once the link
is established they'll go through.
Is there a later release that 2.2-beta?
