I have gotten a great amount of help with MacPPP and PPP facts
in general--there are a lot of good minds out there. I have one
more question. I am not an UNIX expert, dealing mostly with the
Macintosh side of things, therefore I am not familiar with many
of the strange UNIX goodies that are out there. I understand that
it is possible to use MacPPP to log onto my UNIX machine and then
start PPP from there. I need to find a PPP version for unix, and
some simple instructions on how to install it on my account for
testing purposes. Many thanks for all the previous help. Perhaps
it would be better to post replies as I know many people are
doing much the same thing as I am.

By the way, I have read the FAQ, and it is FTP`able from merit.edu, I
also saw many .tar files of PPP programs. I just wish I knew which
one to use! Thanks again, -Dan

My only hope is that this works.
