Hi everybody,

We are currently planning a network management environment for a large
German industrial plant. We haven't yet decided on what systems to use. In
fact we don't even feel that we know of all the available products. So we'd
be glad if anyone out there could give us pointers to network-management
applications for HP, DEC and IBM machines.

Network management in this sence is not restricted to the ususal snmp-type
applications, we're also interested in applications to administrate large
scale heterogeneous networks. Basic requirements are

	o	Software Distribution
	o	User Administration
	o	Printer Management
	o	Performance and Resource control

If your company sells such applications or you know of any systems that
(partially) meets the above requirements, pleas drop me a line. If there's
enough interest I'll post a summary to the net.
