WRONG!!!   WRONG!!!   WRONG!!!

Doing this simply broadcasts the mail to everyone on the list (causing
great irritation; there have been dozens of messages in the last day) and
probably doesn't even reach the person who manages the list.

The correct procedure is to send mail to the address:
    snmp-request@uu.psi.com
asking to be added to the discussion list.
