I'm posting this request for a friend. Seems he's having some problems
with posting news from his machine. Anyway, please direct all queries,
replies etc to 'earl@dnd.icp.nec.com.au'.

Thanks

I am looking for network management software to control a set of devices on a
network:

o Each of the devices talks SNMP but has a customised MIB, thus I must
be able to customise the network management software.

o I would like to be able to run the network manager on several Unix boxes
ranging from a workstation to a PC Unix box (probably running SCO).

o I would like an X version of the network manager.

Does anyone know of any products that satisfy any, some or none of the above
criteria?

Earl
