Mill,

Could you get  Frank Kardel to move lib/dcf77parse.c to 
xnptd/refclock_dcf77.c.

It really should not be compiled unless you are building a dcf77 driver!
It make it too hard to build the ntp lib on non SunOS 4.1 machines!!!
