Following the suggestion in the xntp 3 documentation,
we would like to establish a permanent connection with
3 stratum 1 ntp (possible version 3) servers near (from
the network dealy point of view) to us.

We will use them from 3 differents machines (becoming
stratum 2): one AIX 3.1, one AIX 3.2 and one AIX/370 1.2.1 to
sync our (growing) network.

The 3 servers will be peers each one to the other two.

Please contact me sendind address of the servers and
permission at <peppe@ipgaix.unipg.it>.

We are currently using only one stratum 2 server in Swiss,
but I would like in any case to follow the author documentation.
