ABSTRACT. An informal listing of supercomputers and parallel computers
installed and in use in Japan is given, as of Dec 1992 (or to be
installed shortly thereafter.)
This list was obtained from newspapers and other informal sources. Thus
there are likely to be errors. Also, we have not included computers that
were installed and have now been replaced or removed.
Machines listed are in operation (as of December 1992), or to be installed.
Public sectors sites are indicated by "*".
