There are many companies making solid state sensors, one that has a fairly
broad range is SenSym. I don't have the address, California I know.
Motorola is another, but they don't have as broad a range of products.
I am doing a product search and evaluation of low pressure differential
sensors and could tell you a lot more in a few weeks if you need it.
