Are you implying that bad drivers should sue car manufacturers for every accident for failure to make a vehicle that is accident-proof? Seriously, if you don't know how to drive, you shouldn't be behind the wheel. If you don't know enough to run a reasonably secure OS and configure it properly (and can't find someone else to help you do so), you shouldn't be running a computer on a public, untrusted network with any expectation that the OS will not be compromised. This isn't "blaming the victim" so much as it is common sense.
