Lawrence - Using the Kiwi service manager daemon on NT4, the log entries are apparently time stamped by the service, not the Netgear. The Netgear seems to keep "reasonable" time all by itself, no NTP going on or supported that I can see in the manual. You have to set time via command line, and apparently the last time I blasted new code into it, it reset the clock to 1/1/2000. So it (the Netgear) thinks it 2/8/2000 but the syslogs say it's 4/14/2001. pda Jax Fl.
