Isn't this quote from the FAQ on the Zone Labs site enough?

"1. What information does Zone Labs collect from users?
We never collect any data without the consent of the user. In the case of
ZoneAlarm, the only information we receive from your computer is:
- the registration information that you volunteered during installation,
- the current version information, when checking for a more recent update,
and
- alert information from the firewall, when you click the More Info button
in the ZoneAlarm Alert pop up window.
None of this information is shared with any third party. "

If you choose not to believe them, further announcements are unlikely to
convince you.
