In our colo room we use the Nokia IP330 appliance with CheckPoint Firewall 1. Not a cheap machine but it does all what you asking for. Don't go for the Watchguard (soho), it can't handle the traffic. Pay attention that VPN in front of your servers will bring down the throughput. If you have an issue with throughput, then you can consider a SUN Netra with Checkpoint on top of it, its even more performant then the Nokia and even cheaper!!!
