Problem with SecureRemote

Hi everybody!

We've got two remote offices in Spain: the main office and the little
office. We are connecting to the main office with Checkpoint VPN-1
SecuRemote. All is right with this ISP (Telefonica). The IP address is
dynamic. However, now we want to connect with other ISP (British
Telecom) and it is not possible. The IP address is static. The error
message is:

"Negotiation with firewall at site
212.0.123.114 has failed.
Received notification:invalid spi"

What does it mean this error? The only difference among two
connections is the ISP. What is wrong?

Any suggestions please
