Carl,
Have both ISP's connected to the same leg of the firewall. Configure BGP between
your internet routers and let the ISP's set up BGP too. Then you can load share
both your internet connections, one of the connections can die without anything
bad happening (except less bandwidth). BGP however requires routers with RAM and
