I don't know your setup or amount of users but try www.freesco.org. I have this
running on a P100 for about 20 users. Originally we used MS Proxy, but since
moving off of that to Freesco connection speeds are up, and doing port tests at
www.grc.org and www.dslreports.com I get the same results as with the MS
product.
