with winroute 3.11, after redial, connect to microsoft by one unspecified program

I have installed winroute 3.1 and running NT 4 with an ADSL

When I disconnect my ADSL connection with hang up in RAS, 
I get a automatic reconnection . fine, I accept this.

what I dont understand is in the debug windows display just after this the 
redial sucessfully , I can see :

rasstatus ...
rasstatus ...
rasstatus ...
rasstatus ...
ddial : want dial
ddial : query for x.x.x.x to y.y.y.y  for www.microsoft.com
rasstatus ...
rasstatus ...
rasadv : RAS  number of connnection : 1


where 
x.x.x.x  is my lan IP of the ADSL computer
y.y.y.y is my internet dynamic IP I just get through RAS

WHO (WHAT program) is connecting to microsoft ?????

Im alone on the computer as no other network computer is trying to connect to 
internet
