I provide technical support via email for a mail server daemon. Not a client, not clients of that server, but server software. I get about three people a week who, instead of sending logs, take a screen shot of the text logfile, paste the screenshot into Word, and email the word document. The problem isn't the tools, it's the tools using the tools. -- I've given up on sigs. I just couldn't think of anything clever to say.
