Does anyone have references to commercial (e.g. non-military)
application of MLS security AND integrity (e.g. Biba)?

I have Lipner's Oakland (?) paper:  "Non-Discretionary Controls
for Commercial Applications".  If anyone has his email address (he
does not appear to be with DEC anymore), I would also appreciate
that.
