To find PGP, use archie.  It was originally written for MS-DOS, I think,
but there's a pgp-2.0 unix port on the Net.  There's also a newsgroup
that deals with it: alt.security.pgp.  The newsgroup for cryptography is
sci.crypt.  Btw., there's some question about the legality of using PGP
in the USA, since it violates the RSA patents (RSA does permit use of
PEM software for personal email, but I'm not sure if that clause covers
other people's code based on their algorithms.)
