I've got some questions about degaussing disks, maybe someone can help. 1. Are there degausing devices available that will degauss disks that are over 120mb? Does the size matter? Who makes them? How much do they cost? 2. Will degaussing these larger disks in any way make them not useable? We've heard that the field required to degauss these large disks will somehow damage the servo, and make the disk unuseable. 3. Do other sites worry about sending disks out for repair that might contain sensitive data? thanks...rich cower
