Just had an idea, a new encryption system to spoof the FBI but nobody else. Consider the problem, we are mandated to give the keys for anything we send in encoded form ove a network. So what we need is an encryption system with a switch. The first key is used to send our real data, the second is used to send the King James bible. We set up the system such that only every other byte is actualy used to encrypt, the other byte is taken from the king James bible. When the FBI ask for the keys we give them the King James bible key and explain that the data is purely dummy data used to provide a base to fool a snooper. In order to provide an origin for the true data we need to incorporate an additional source of noise, this comes from a non computational random generator (eg a Gieger Mueller tube) So how do the FBI know if they are being told the truth or not? -- Phill Hallam-Baker, Europe, land of freedom.
