I don't know what the fuss is. There are lots of software vendors and computer dealers and even computer stores that sell things with a money back guarantee these days. It's been happening for years. And no, they didn't take over the world by storm over the vendors that disclaim all liability. If you want to support this, buy only from vendors who offer the money back guarantee. But you won't -- you'll buy the software you think is best and you won't care a lot about the guarantee. -- Brad Templeton, ClariNet Communications Corp. -- Sunnyvale, CA 408/296-0366
