Then do something about changing CERT policies.  They do not operate
in a vacuum.  But I trust their current operations better than some
random organization (8lgm) which publishes material likely to help a
system cracker get into my less than completely up-to-date on needed
security patches unix box.  I don't have time or staff to devote to
full time monitoring of security newsgroups -- nor do my people have
technical competence to design security patches for our systems.
