if you want to use sqlplus, the problem can be solved using a "herescript"

#!/bin/sh
sqlplus << EOF
user/pass
select * from dual;
exit;
EOF

With other Oracle tools (like the ones running with an X interface), you
may have to use the classical trick : build a command line like following
one :

f45runm module=a.fmx (500 spaces) userid=user/pass
