The issue of what is a sysadm is a bigger one. I connect to the
Internet from my own machine at home. That should make me a sysadm. (I
happen to administer two other machines at work, but that hardly
affects it). If anyone with a PC and a modem is a syadm, the scheme is
worthless: if not, it prevents people with a legitimate need to know
from finding out what problems need to be addressed.
