NEED HELP W/ TACACSD

I am trying to install tacacsd on a AIX 3.2.5 machine using a datability
comm server. I was wondering if anyone might have the source already
figured out. I am having problems getting the source to function
correctly and the company does not know anything about it. If anyone has
had experience running tacacs on a AIX 3.2.5 machine please get in touch
with me. I think the problem is linking to the BSD libraries to do all
of the socketing calls. Any ideas out there?

TIA

PS: Right now the problem is it will not bind. Bind returns -1.
