What it is:

[Computer Professionals for Social Responsibility] The purpose of the
newsletter is to keep members informed of thought and activity in CPSR.
CPSR is an alliance of computer professionals concerned about the impact
of computer technology on society. Decsions regarding the use of this
technology have far-reaching consequences and reflect basic values and
priorities.
