Mark, et al,

I'm afraid that at the time we handed off the Andrew distribution on the
R3 tape - we did not do a good job of tracking our changes so as to make
patches.  At this time, our sources have undergone a tremendous amount
of changes since the R3 release and making patches would be incredibly
difficult.

We are trying our best to make sure this problem doesn't happen again
with the upcomming R4 distribution.

So, in short, I do not believe that there have been any [official]
patches distributed for the R3 Xtape Andrew software.
