Correct.

libcont.a and librauth.a are part of a much older AFS version (2.x?) -
and are no longer supported (to the best of my knowledge). 

I believe this affects:

'vopcon' [andrew/atk/console/cmd] which you should not need if you have
AFS3.0 (I believe Transarc distributes a program called 'scout'?)

snap2 - several of the programs under andrew/overhead/snap2 are geared
to the old-style authentication code - I have absolutely no idea what to
do about this execpt try to skip the affected directories.
