I am having problems compiling xvroutines.  I am working on a Sun SPARCstation
2 running SunOS 4.1.1 and Khoros Patch level 4.  I also have Motif 1.1.1
installed.  What I am trying to do is compile and run Example 3 in Chapter 7
of Volume II (Programmer's Manual).  I have followed the instructions in that
section.  The problem is that when I run "makemake" to create the Makefile for
xtest.c I get the following output:

Obviously, I am missing these include files.  The problem is I do not know why
I am missing these files.  Do you know where these files should be on the type
of system I have?  I looked for these files under Motif and, although there
is a Xaw directory, it is empty!  Help!
