As soon as you make connections to the input and output glyphs within 
the procedure, the arrows will be drawn.   (Currently, cantata does 
not know which glyphs within the procedure you want to use as procedure
I/O.)

Actually, they are duplicated, but they are not placed nicely.  I think
if you roam around in the procedure workspace, you'll find them.  I'll
add this to the bugs todo file for cantata.
