I find myself unable to import eps files generated by Matlab 4.0 into
Framemaker.  I get a frame, but no graphics either on the printer or
the screen.

The Mathworks says the postscript generation is improved in 4.0A, but
that didn't directly answer my question of whether this particular problem
will be fixed. 

Does anyone else know?
