to SPSS customers over the telephone.  Responsibilities include:
 
* Answering SPSS technical support phone calls
* contacting all customers referred for problem resolution
* completing/resolving assigned user problems 
* becoming knowledgeable about computer platforms
* understanding the use and application of SPSS software
* reporting all customer recommendations for product 
  enhancements
* reporting all potential software bugs
* interacting with customers and co-workers alike in a
  communicative, businesslike, understandable and positve manner
* training co-workers in your area of expertise

Qualified candidates will be bright, hard-working, dependable 
and possess:

* bachelor's degree
* statistics background
* familiarity with SPSS software
* clear, articulate, pleasant speaking voice
