Silicon Graphics is searching for a 2 Software Localization people for
our Mountain View location.


Responsibilities:  Prepare localization (L10N) bill of materials
based on L10N project requests from development groups and
countries' requirements.  Manage L10N projects for Japanese
Languages:  schedule projects; handoff preliminary materials and
request quotes from vendors; schedule/organize handoffs to
vendors; track schedules on a weekly basis; coordinate other
resources working on projects; originate purchase requisitions and
track invoices/costs per project; set up QA and testing schedules
with subsidiaries and in Mountain View, working closely with L10N
engineers and group manager.

Education and/or Equivalent experience:  Two years project
management experience in L10N for Japanese Languages.  L10N
Japanese experience on UNIX a plus. Fluent Japanese language
skills required.
