A NASDAQ shell company with a $10 million tax loss wishes to acquire
ownership of intellectual property that is currently generating income.
The nature of the intelluctual property doesn't matter.

2.  If you personally know of intellectual property that could be

3.  If you own intellectual property yourself and are interest in
