Hello...

I'm looking for  programmer or developer to develop a software
registration/purchase package.

The application will need to be able to:
1.    Have some static and dynamic customization capability
2.    Give users multiple options for submission (email, fax, print 'n'
send)
2a.   If possible, have app spawn a browser taking user to reg site
form, and delivering information from app to form
3.    Give users multiple payment options
4.    Other mundane capabilities - user info, calculate taxes if need
be, provide for various other costs such as shipping, etc.

This application will be used in a software registration/purchase
business, and I'm willing to make a deal based on usage (preferable) or
upfront costs.
