computer software consultants. Celltech Systems Private Limited is an
associate of Celltech Systems Inc., Atlanta, Georgia, USA.

Celltech Systems Inc. is in the business of providing software support
to the leading American Telecom service providers in the USA. utilize the
knowledge and experience gained in servicing the software requirements of
the Telecom/Cellular Telephone/Paging systems industry internationally.

STATUSS

To develop, market and support a GUI based software package for Telecom
Billing.

This package will be independent of hardware platforms. This package
would interface with current technology Telephone switching equipment to
optimize call efficiencies and connect or disconnect customers and
control call rating and billing functions, with the provision to
interface and work with other Accounting and Inventory software offerings
utilized by the industry. Celltech has developed a product called
Statuss. This is an integrated multi-service rating and billing product
for telecom service providers. Celltech Systems is marketing this product
for prospective service providers in India and in the international
market.

Client/Server Architecture with GUI facility � Independent of hardware
and software  platforms � Scaleable � Reliable � To provide a single
point management and billing system to enable a service provider to have
a better information system to achieve � Handling of multi services � A
single account can purchase several services  from the providers, like
two cellular phones, one pager, one land line phone and one SMS service.
Statuss allows such accounts and would � prepare a single bill for the
customer. � Low database access � All the code used by on-line screens
retrieve  only those rows required by the user. PowerBuilder defaults
were overridden, so that  the network is not choked with unnecessary 
traffic. � Ease in customization � Uses parameter driven approach, even
in batch  processing. The way a program works could be changed by
altering parameters, without altering  a single line of code.
