Lead Quality Assurance Engineer
(the company is located in Santa Clara, CA)

A Lead QA Engineer to be responsible for automation, execution and
reporting of black box and white box testing for an N-tier web based
enterprise application. The position requires knowledge of test
automation tools, as well as stress and compatibility testing. The
candidate will be required to develop an in depth understanding of the
product�s functionality.
Responsibilities:
* Test case development and implementation using high level test
automation tools.
* Design and execute stress testing.
* Manage all QA activities and resources.
* Establish formal QA processes.
* Set up and manage testing environment.

Qualifications:
* Minimum one year experience as a QA Manager.
* Knowledge of high level test scripting languages.
* Experience in testing on UNIX and NT platforms.
* Experience with debugging and testing tools.
* BA in Computer Science.
* Java and JavaScript knowledge is highly desirable.
* Knowledge of RDBMS and SQL is highly desirable.
* Experience in testing web based applications is highly desirable.
